MacBook transfer questions

If someone uses my warrantied MacBook pro with another hard drive will they receive my warranty for that computer?my best friends MacBook pro was ruined and I contemPlated letting her use mine and simply transfer her hard drive into it and mine into an older MacBook pro my friend has.the older one has no more warranty and my pro that I may let my friend use is fully covered.she will receive the full coverage ad not me anymore correct?
