Aug 20, 2012 8:29 AM in response to Metreby King_Penguin,Just tried it with my iPhone 4S and iPad (both running iOS 5.1.1) and I can copy videos taken with the phone to my iPad with the kit. Are the videos that you want to copy in the iPhone's Photos app ?

Aug 20, 2012 8:52 AM in response to King_Penguinby Metre,Hi!
My iPhone is one of the first on the German market (2009) with 8 GB
The videos are place in the iPhone "iPod" app./"videos"
Might this be the reason, why I cannot find my videos?
PS:
When I open the iPhone "foto" app I can copy all pictures, but not those, which are saved in a "archive"??? WHY??
I hope, you can help me

Aug 20, 2012 9:06 AM in response to Metreby King_Penguin,It's probably because of the iPhone model and that the videos aren't in the Photos app. This page, which I assume should say which iPhone models it can be used with has :
... you can also import photos and videos from your iPhone*, iPod touch, and iPod nano (5th generation) using the Camera Connector.
but I can't see anywhere on the page where the * after the 'iPhone' is explained.
Not sure what you mean by 'archive', but I don't think that the kit will see photos that you've synced to the phone from your computer.
