Q: my itunes store is just a blank white screen??

With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:

Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store

(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)

The Apple Support team told me via email that the solution to the blank screen at the iTunes Store  (for mac users) is to upgrade Safari to version 5.1.9.  This worked for me.  If you are using Windows, the solution may be different.
