My website was made with iWeb, but the SiteLock logo will not show when I try to install it on my site.
Has anyone found a way to fix this?

Why not explain what Sitelock logo is, what it is for, what it should do, what the relation is to iWeb, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.
Ok, SiteLock provides website security for small businesses. They suggest that I display their protection badge to deter hackers from my website. When one clicks on the badge, this appears: SiteLock has verified this website. It verifies the website and company name and that the website is spam-free and malware-free. The html code doesn't seem to be written so that the image of the badge will transfer to my website. All that shows is a small undefined rectangle which will actually take us to the badge if clicked on. Hmmmmm..seems to be a problem tied up with iWeb. Customer service at Sitelock suggested I speak with someone who understands how iWeb works. Ah, the joys of technology!
How are you adding the logo to your webpage? Is it via script in an HTML snippet?
OT
Yes, it's script in an HTML snippet. The teacher at the Apple Store was wondering why there is nothing in the snippet indicating an image - like jpeg or some such. I'm pretty new at this, so I'm also pretty lost ..... =}
Post the script here so we can examine it. After adding it to your post select it and use the Quote button in the toolbar.
<a href="#" onclick="window.open('https://www.sitelock.com/verify.php?site=www.elainegeringerpiano.com''SiteLock'' width=600,height=600,left=160,top=170');" ><img alt="website security" title="SiteLock" src="//shield.sitelock.com/shield/www.elainegeringerpiano.com"/></a>
Yay, did it! Scary stuff for me ... ;D Thanks!
change this...
src="//shield.sitelock.com/shield/www.elainegeringerpiano.com"
to this...
src="http://shield.sitelock.com/shield/www.elainegeringerpiano.com"
Ok, I now have:
<a href="#" onclick="window.open('https://www.sitelock.com/verify.php?site=www.elainegeringerpiano.com''SiteLock'' width=600,height=600,left=160,top=170');" ><img alt="website security" title="SiteLock" src="//shield.sitelock.com/shield/www.elainegeringerpiano.com"/></a>
Now I have a blue rectangle on the page after hitting "apply" - no shield. Have I spaced things correctly?

You're supposed to publish your page and view it in the browser.
Ok, I went to Filezilla and followed the procedure to update the site. It finished and said the directory listing was succesful. Went to the site and still only seeing the plain white rectangle - no shield ..
Just curious, but why do you spend time on such a silly button?
Because I'm a silly silly girl who is now going to go somewhere and drink heavily to forget the silly button...
Thanks anyhow, everybody! 😉
Visit a Genius bar at an Apple Store.
Thanks - I love trying to stump them! .. Never can, though.
With the code you provided and with Roddy's change this is what I get when publishing the snippet:
You can see it on this demo page: Page 2
When I click on the image I get a new blank window with the same image in the upper left hand corner. What is supposted to happen when the image is clicked on?
