When trying totransfer music t myipod classic, i get a red circle with a line through it and itwillnot ork. Help

Hopefully not this Red X
The other is normal "Do Not disconnect" sign everyone gets when connected to iTunes, it will stay until you eject the Ipod in iTunes.
