How can I get name *and* company to show when they call?

Hello, I'm running a business using my Iphone and have several contacts under the same company names on my Apple desktop address book. I'd like for these people's name, position and company to show when they call my iphone so I know who is calling and where from - not one or the other. I prefer to have 'company' ticked as the primary so I can manage my thousands of contacts easier on the desktop and for networking/contact groups. Thanks!
