Problem connecting secured webdav server using mountain lion

I can access my home secured webdav server through "connect to server" https://192.168.1.3:5006 in finder from mac osx lion but i cannot access it anymore after upgrading to mountain lion without any changes in my server setting

but it is ok to connect via insecured mode http://192.168.1.3:5005

now i have to downgrade to lion to use the secured webdav server

is there any problem with the mountain lion???
