sharing apps between iPad and macbook

Sorry but you don't... iOS apps don't work on a Mac and vice versa. You'll need to purchase the appropriate Mac apps.

You can copy the apps from the iPad to your Mac's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases, and you can copy documents to/from those apps and your Mac, but if you want to use Pages and Numbers on your Mac then you will need to buy the Mac OS X versions of them from the Mac App Store - the versions that you have on your iPad (iOS) can't be used on a Mac (OS X), they are different operating systems.
