how can I track payments made with my credit card from a strange Apple ID I do not authorize?

I have all my bank details realted to those payments and I simply cannot find out who did this and how.

iTunes/Store does allow single Credit Card usage per Apple ID, so how can this be possible?

You can report fraudulent purchases to Apple using the email form here > iTunes Store - Contact Us

And if you have not already done so, change your Apple ID password ASAP > Apple - Support - Apple ID
