my iphone 4 wont charge past 3%
my iphone wont charge pasrt 3%. & it keeps tunring on & off, i already restored it completley & it has still continued.
If no change after restoring the iPhone with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from the backup, the iPhone has a hardware problem with the battery or something else.
