Nope. The 2012 models came out with the new MagSafe 2 connector. If you want to power up your new toy with your ancient power bricks, besides making sure that the wattage is the same, you need to purchase the MagSafe to MagSafe 2 adapter. On sale at all Apple Stores.

Edit: to clarify, the 2012 RETINA MacBook Pros use the MagSafe 2. The regular non-Retina MacBook Pros still use the regular MagSafe connector.

Apple makes a $10 adapter from Magsafe 1 to Magsafe 2. Alas, if you buy a Magsafe 2 adapter in the store, you have to return it if you don't yet have a June 2012 Mac you need to connect it to since it won't work in the reverse way.
