When I called apple they told me they could certainly help me--right after I purchsed tech support for $249.99!!! Oh, but it would really only be $200 because of the $50 Visa card they were going to give me. Seriously?!? After I told the woman that I never set the security questions in the first place and that this was happening only on my son's new iPhone, she told me again how easy it would be to resolve this problem once I purchased tech support. I told her this was a scam and no thanks. She kindly transferred me someone else to help me claim a special one time offer because I was the 20th caller. Are you kidding me? Shame on you, Apple.
