Youtube Not working on my iPad 3

Ok guys, I've been having an issue with youtube working on my iPad 3. Any help you be great. I've synced it, backed it up, shut down and restarted, did a hard reboot (home and sleep), and tried closing the programs (double clicked home to bring up taskbar, then help down an app and clicked the minus sign). It isn;t working in safari or the youtbue app. Safari just keep loading and the app says unknown error. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!

Make sure you are connected to the internet and can view other webpages. If you can possible software glitch- restore your device through itunes

I tried this yesterday and still nothing. Backed up, restored, and transfered data back, still like it was.

Here is something really off the wall to try. Go to Settings>General>Date and Time and make sure that you have checked Set Automatically>On.
