I was downloading and watching a rented movie to my laptop and 3/4 of the way through I have "an unknown error occurred (error=-50) Please check the internet connection to the server is active and try again." My internet is working fine, no problems there. What else could it be? I will be billed regardless of whether I am able to watch this movie or not. Please help.
