Q: How to Disable FIPS mode?

This article explains how to Enable FIPS-140-2 mode in  Lion  http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5239?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US

It also says that FIPS mode must be disabled in order to complete software updates.

 

However, it doesn't explain how to DISABLE FIPS mode?

 

Any ideas?
