How to recover viber message?

can viber team please regard to see some software specialist to come to a solution

like maybe a recovery software which can retrieve back messages please its really important to me

i have loss all my information and just by updating this is really not fair to us please show us some consideration

To continue this thread, I added an iPad to my account last night. After going through the sign-up process on the iPad, the messages on my iPhone disappeared, as that too went through the same process! 😠

However, Viber was up and running on my PC. This contains my message history! 🙂 Is there any way that those messages can be transferred (perhaps wirelessly) to the iPhone (and even the iPad)?

If I have all the Viber Messages on my iPhone, how can I backup all of them on my computer, and How can I be able to take them out on my desktop in order for me to be able to print them or archive them on my computer's documents.

At home we have an icloud network with multiple devices and multiple users. I use viber on my iphone and was wondering if text messages or call logs can be seen on network or are logged somewhere in icloud even though I delete the messages daily?

it doesn't let you restore back to iphone but it lets you recover deleted text messages from previous back ups and read them on your computer...

You should make a plan for this. I had viber on my iPhone 4s. I just upgraded to iPhone 5 and made sure that I saved ALL my apps & info on iTunes.

When I switched over my phone & tried to get into viber it asked me to register again. All my previous messages are gone. But they are ALSO gone on my iPhone 4s. What happened as I did not delete anything from Viber. All my other apps have transferred all messages & information but NOT Viber!

I have allot of very personal & very dear messages on there that are now completely gone & I want them back.

Make a plan. Viber is the only app that did not transfer messages.

I am sorry but to what extent can Viber really confirm that deleted messages are in fact deleted from their servers? Further above it was mentioned that for security and the like messages are not stored on their server(s). On this regard, how come one can "Send" a message to a recepient that isn't online, delete the messages and yet the recepient actually receives the "deleted" messages when he/she comes online?!!

Hi I am using Mac Pro with OSX 10.9.3. I would like to ask about “Export message history” in Viber. How does it work? I want to make a backup file for my Viber Pc message history or where the messages stored on my Mac?

How about my case...

i'll use/open my viber last sep7, when my brother message me and we chat that day...now when i open it my last message show is in aug22...how it can be??? i have a lot important message last sep5 to sep7...i did not delete anything, i hate to delete any incomming & outcomming message or call history in my phone...thats why im asking why did viber delete my previous message and it just the last message is only in aug22????
