How to recover viber message?

HI i have deleted my viber from my iphone and when i installed it there weren't my messages can i restore my messages

Unfortunately, Viber messages cannot be restored after deletion, since we (Viber) don't keep a copy of our users' chat histories in our servers (for privacy users).

i was using the email.messages history to make backup for viber messages but i need to know how i can restore that from backup after reset my iphone or after deletet the viber application

Unfortunately the option of restoring message history back onto Viber is not available yet.

We plan to add it in future versions, and when we have news we'll inform you 🙂

So is there a chance that the messages I lost today because I accidentally synced on 2 devices can be restored?

Unfortunately, it will not be possible to retrieve those lost messages.

We recommend to use our “Export message history” function every once in a while, in order to make sure that those messages are backed up.

Only this morning I was using my viber to send message, yet one message pop up like "current location is not detected, send anyway". So I press ok.. and it start to send, and my phone for some reason, black-out, restarted. then when I login again on the viber, I notice that there are part of the messages which I did not send this morning, And as far as I can remember, It was my message few weeks ago. How come it was sent again? I also, remember, (that there are some messages that will appear sent but not delivered, or fails at all. Is there a possibilities, that this message could be sent somehow? Please explain. Thanks..

Also, what make my phone have a low memory when I'm using Viber? I know that it is the only application I'm using or running at that time. Also, most of the time, after using viber, (like after a voice call) as soon as I click end, my phone hang or worst restarts? It is only this application that causes my cp to restart.

Theoretically, it could be that messages that failed to be sent in the past might be re-sent when your connection stabilizes.

About "Sent" vs. "Delievered": when you send a message, "Delivered" means the message has been received on the other side's phone (they're online). If you only see "Sent", it means it's been sent from you, but pending the other side to come online (they're offline at the moment). So, if messages remain at "Sent" and do not become "Delivered", you might want to check with your destination contact whether or not they are connected to the internet.

About the rest of the problems you mentioned - note that we plan to release a major new update, Viber 3.0, that will hopefully resolve these issues. When it is available, please test Viber again, and let us know if the problems were resolved, or they still exist.

My viber isnt working now. I have been using it for more than a year. and while im using it yesterday it just automatically closed. when I tried to reopen it it keeps on loading for 7 secs and timeout again. but I can still received notifications. HELP PLEASE. I dont know what to do. I need my conversation here but I cant open it. How can I fix this VIBER ERROR?? please help me. The viber prompt to create new account and i realise all my messages are deleted

This us unfair because i have many important messages in viber and i still have the code for the viber

So can viber team please please come up with a solution to retrieve back with the code please

All my messages are really important please consider making a step to help all of us

And i saw the team has replied its unfortunate? But we thought viber was reliable app to use its not our fault it got deleted so please help us as soon as possible and this also happen to my htc mozart how can i contact the appropriate person for this please
