I paid £80 about five years ago but was quite unable to use the service. The store was jumping with custom, many noisy children, and I could hardly hear a word being said during the two times I went. There was no private area to go to.
It's really hard to concentrate in such conditions and though I complained, I was told if I came first thing in the morning I would have less of a problem. But it didn't change much and I live 25 miles away from the store.
Not a good deal ... and no refund!
