Sticky Keys Sounds @ Login Screen even when Sticky Keys is disabled

Everytime I get to the login screen on my Macbook Pro Non-Retina 2012 (Mountain Lion 10.8), I am greeted with an initial Typewriter sound (Stiky Keys alert) and then everytime I press the following keys (Shift, Command, Option, Control, Function). I checked Accesibility and Sticky Keys is disabled. This only occurs on the login screen. Once on my account everything is fine.

I've tried activating Sticky Keys while on the login screen (Shift x5) and this succeeds in enabling sticky keys. But when I turn it off with the same method, Sticky Keys functionality is gone but the sounds remain.

I appreciate any help anyone can offer.

On the Login screen, press Option Command F5

The new accessiblity screen will appear. Uncheck any options checked.
