    Rough translation via Google Translate:

I replaced my ipod shuffle usb cable with another cable that is not the apple but when I connect my ipod is not recognized either by the computer or to iTunes.

Was this particular replacement cable advertised as being compatible with the 2G iPod Shuffle?  If it was advertised as being compatible with only the 3G and 4G Shuffles, it will not work with the 2G Shuffle as its connection is configured different from that of the new iPod Shuffle models.

Yes a 3G cable for a 4G Shuffle should be okay.  However, I'm still leaning towards the possibility of a faulty or damaged cable that is preventing the Shuffle from being seen in iTunes.  Some 3rd party cables (not made by Apple) can be a bit flaky at times.

Have you tried connecting the Shuffle to another USB port located directly on your PC?

What happens if you reset the Shuffle with it still connected to the PC?

What happens if you leave it to charge over night and then repeat these same troubleshooting steps above?  Is it recognized if you connect it to another PC or Mac?

Do you have an Apple Store nearby you could stop in at and have the Genius look over the iPod and dianose the problem?  If so, make sure to bring the cable as well.
