Q: I am getting an error message saying iTunes is not a Win32 application

Yes, I looked at that document, but neither solved my problem. After trying those possible solutions, I disabled Microsoft Security Essential, downloaded the itunessetup.exe file again, and it installed perfectly. I'm not sure why MSE was blocking the full download of the file, but it was definitely the problem. Thanks for your advice.
