Bonjour, mon Ipod Shuffle ne s'allume plus, il n'émet plus de lumière et il ne se charge plus. J'étais dans le tramway, j'écoutais la musique, on m'a appelé, j'ai appuyer sur pause pour répondre et dès que j'ai voulu le rallumer, il n'y avait plus de lumières et l'ipod ne marchait plus. J'ai la dernière version d'Itunes, et mon ordinateur tourne sur Windows 7. Merci de bien vouloir m'aider.
