Film availability in different countries

This is a really specific question but I don't know where to put it! I have tried to find the film "hannibal" but it's not on the uk store. I checked on the US store and it's available. The three ("hannibal rising", "red dragon" and "silence of the lambs") other films are availible on the UK store but the final film is not. Is there anyway I can get it? It just seems strange to only have 3 out of the 4 films in a famous series - especially the final one!
