Normally this application can not even be deleted and is no longer available in my case

More when I'm not all iTunes applications are available and our blades.

Normalement cette application ne peut même pas être effacé et elle n'est plus disponible dans mon cas

De plus quand je vais sans iTunes toutes les applications sont pales et nos accessibles.

Make sure you didn't disable it in Settings>General>Restrictions.

Another thing you can try is Resetting the Home Screen Layout in Settings>General>Reset.

If that doesn't do it, try restarting or restoring the iPhone.
