It down loaded OK, but when I tried to install I got this message -
Cannot be installed,as not all requirements were met.
Any idea's please.

Yes Noble Seven, are requirements are met, I have the same problem as freak01949 any more ideas?
If you have Mountain Lion, the software will not install. Samsung apparently has put too restrictive a test for the OS version into their installer. It might be possible to extract the components of the installer package and place them manually (you'll need Pacifist) but there might be other compatibility problems. You'll probably have to wait for Samsung to release an update that will install on ML.
