Q: Error500.java.lang.NullPointerException

I get this error when login to AVON website.  using safari, but no other website gives me this error.

I found out that I did not have java installed.  Once I installed and updated it the error went away.  I have seen people posting this error all over but never with a solution.  Basically, I went into my utilities and found that I didn't have java installed.  hope this helps others.
