Q: One device not on my account

I have multiple iOS devices for my family, all linked to a single Apple ID.

All devices are registered and the Settings > iCloud info are all the same... Yet, one device doesn't appear on Find my iPhone.

Anybody have any idea why? The device in question is an iPad 3 (aka new iPad) if that makes any difference.

Is Location Services turned on for that device?

Hi Julian

Good point. Just checked and yes it is and "find my iPad" is turned on there too

Thanks a lot for the link to the support document too.

Unfortunately, none of the points brought up poly to my situation.

According to it, my iPad should show up, but it doesn't. Yet, it works fine in every other way (I'm even writing this message from it)

I'm stumped :(
