Trash can immediately deletes files on 10.7.4 MBP

I recently migrated files/software from on MBP to another, both on 10.7.4

When I drag files to the trash, a pop up says are you sure, file will immediatly be deleted.

Please help!

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4)
