Can iBook content contain potentially libel content

- Am a former NTSB and FAA investigator and I want to publish a book about a cover up of a fatal airline accident I was investigating, but of course some persons may be screaming libel to stop it.

I understand that Apple may not allow some very sexual things, or even minor, but how would I know about content that some would object to, which is really a First Amendment free speech issue, not a **** or similar issue and by its very nature does name names, as would be expected?

All of the basic content is in the public domain, just that as a first-person, insider, I have direct information that was withheld, as would be expected, from some "official" reports or documents to protect the guilty and a cover up of background events.

So, can I publish this type of content as an iBook?

iBook, Mac OS X (10.0.x)
