Do new Course Materials update to published site?

Hi all,

I'm new to iTunes U and we have a newly published site. I was unable to upload all my videos to my course which is linked from the Course Manager to the Public Site Manager portal. I was wondering if and when I update more video course materials if they will sync to my published iTunes U class. If yes, how long will it take and is there a special procedure. I just added one more and I have not seen an update.
