Will restoring my Mac to factory settings erase Windows from boot camp?

I'm running 10.6.8 and want to upgrade to Lion (I already purchased Lion). Before I install it I would like to clean the Mac back to its factory settings then install Lion. I have Windows 7 running via Boot Camp. I do not want to erase Windows 7.

Will restoring the Mac erase Windows from the partition drive?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

If you do not want to erase Windows, do an archive & install - Mac OS X: About the Archive and Install feature
