How to stop iPhoto from opening when i connect my ipad?

As you probably know, if you use a mac, once you connect your iPad to the computer, it opens up iPhoto. Is there anyway to stop this or not?

Thank you so much for answering that, this issue has been an annoying pain as a developer.

I'm a long term mac user and I've never opened Image Capture. How is this even intuitive at all to the user? It's sh*t useability to auto launch an app without giving the user a logical path to changing or removing the action. In iTunes it's a hardware specific preference that's easy to access. Why doesn't iPhoto follow the same flow?

Sounds like two tech departments not working together.
