the iphone cannot be restored an unknown error occurred (1600)

i tried to restore my ihone 4 after aplying for it to be unlocked from optus network sa i was told it now keeps comming up with this error

the iphone cannot be restored an unknown error occurred (1600)

I have tryed to do this on multiple computer and still same result

please help me fix this problem
