Problem with purge command
Hello,
I have a new rMBP running ML (10.8.1). When I use the purge command in the terminal, I get the follwoing error

Can anyone suggest what doesn this mean? Do I have to reinstall the whole OS again?
MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mountain Lion, 2.6 GHz, 16 GB RAM
