My Itunes song information is updated, but it won't show on my iPhone

I updated my song info and the files in my itunes folder to clean them up and consolidate them. Everything shows up fine in itunes, however it won't update them on my iPhone. Most of the songs have been transfered from other computers so I believe that is why, but have no idea how to correct it. Can someone help me fix this problem? Thanks!

Okay, I figure I might as well bump this up with a little update. I ended up restoring my Iphone because the song info was still not updating and it wasnt showing all the songs I synced to it. So after the restore, all the songs show and still the song info is the same. The files in my itunes folder are all updated along with the info in itunes so I still have no clue what to do. Please someone help! Im OCD about this stuff!
