No sound when receiving calls

Make sure the Ring/Silent switch isn't showing a red bar or dot.

You can also try resetting or restoring the iPhone.

Also go to SETTINGS>SOUNDS and make sure ringer volume is turned up. What"whatheck" had to say is also a very common problem.
