hiya, i have paid for 'extra gems' in the game 'the tribez' on my ipod touch and the payment has gone from the bank, but have not received the in-game items. cannot redownload as they're in game purchases, 'report a problem' directs me here. many thanks

i have just read through both articles (and a couple linked from the 1st article) before i got to making this post. none of the suggestions has solved the issue. previous purchased list doesn't contain anything except the main game (which was free). i have also found the games own website and support page, and following that leaves it with get in touch with apple support, which all brings me back to making a post here. it's like a big circle at the moment.
i have been in contact with both the game developers support tonight, who finished saying they can't access my account to see if the purchase is there. and apple's support, who finished saying they can't restore in game items so instead have issued a full refund.
the person on chat said that the developer should always be able to access accounts to solve problems like this, so i have decided to steer clear of making any more purchases from this developers apps in the future to be safe rather than sorry.
apple support were great, fast and well mannered. it was a pleasure. 8)
