I have a unlocked Iphone 4s that I am using on T-mobile.. It can not recieve or send any picture message.. When it sends the message.. it just shows up Blank.. I have no clue how to fix it????HELP PLEASE

Since the messages are being sent, contact T-Mobile.
Is the issue specific to iMessage, SMS, or both? Basically, when you're texting a person and want to send a picture are the text bubbles green or blue?
