i drop my phone in the toliet and took it out blowed dryed it and i put it in rice..its still work good but it keep saying ipnoe needs to cool down before using..what can i do to make that go away? so i can use my phone again.

All solutions for drying an iOS device should be considered temporary. If you can get it to power on, that's just a fortunate circumsance. Use that opportunity to perform a complete backup. The device will soon fail. This is not a question of if, but when.

First..too late but for others power down your phone after you get it out of the water..This stops the current from going into contacts. Get a pentelope screwdriver and remove the bottom screws. Use a phillips 00 screwdriver to disconnect the battery clip. Very simple. Now put it in rice for 24 hours. (available on Ebay less than $5)

The hot phone will eventually cool down. Suggest in front of a fan. STILL put it in rice before turning it on to remove the moisture.

Turn off your iPhone and put it in a box of rice for 24 hours.

It will absorb the moisture from the device.

Then turn on the device

In future, DO NOT blow driy a phone that has been dropped in water. Blow drying will force liquid into places deeper in the phone, possibly causing even more damage.
