How to disable tabs refreshing in safari in ipad?

Dear Sir/Madam, I never can not find how to submit for you personal message about my problem in Ipad.

And I posted it here. Please forward it to assigned specialist. Thank you.

My name is Vasiliy Filippov.

I am user of Ipad and I have iTunes account fvn82@yandex.ru.

I would like to claim about one inconvenience of Safari browser in Ipad.

Usualy I use few tabs in browser simultaneously. E.g. copy text from one and paste in other etc. But tabs are always refreshing. If I not use tab for some time - it refreshes. My question - why?

There are few inconveniences accorded to this particular thing:

1. More traffic! Please imagine, if I work with cellular data, how much superfluous money I spend? So this function is issue to extra waste for me, isn't it?

2. More time! In our century each lost minute is lost money and part of life. So, if I use Safari browser I spend my life minutes and hours and further it is not so hard to calculate how much time I spend per years. Why I must spend my life if it caused by strange function of browser?

3. I don't want to refresh pages. I DONT WANT. Is it sufficient cause to claim?

4. If I fill some form for buying e.g. Airtickets and go to another tab and back again, I need to fill it again, it is amaizing!

So, I tried to solve problem by myself - no result, I didn't find how to disable this strange function in my device.

I tried to find solution on forums, but I found that I am not alone. People advice to stop using Safari and install another browser.

But I really like it, I like Safari, I accustomed to it.

Now a am displeased only this described above function, but I am VERY displeased.

And I want to solve this problem, I hope you can advice me, maybe there is a decision, which I don't know?

May be you like a responsible manufacturer will improve your browser?

May be it needs to add a possibility to switch on/off this function in Safari settings and give a choice rights to the customer?

Sincerely yours,

Vasiliy.

You are not speaking to Apple here. This is a user to user forum only.

The tabs refreshing is caused by a lack of memory (RAM). The iPad simply does not have enough RAM to store lots of tabs in memory at the same time. When the Safari browser runs out if memory, it will purge the least recently used tabs from memory, meaning they have to be re-loaded the next time you switch to them.

There is nothing you can do to avoid this in Safari except have less active tabs in use at the same time.

Some alternative browsers use different methods of maintaining tabs so I'd suggest you try some to see if they work better for your browsing.
