my pictures won't send through iMessage?

I see a lot of users with this problem recently, also Siri is down, so Apple may be having problems or working on their servers.

Not much to add but I'm having the same issue...

Any fixes yet? I just updated on my iPad mini and now I can't send pix or videos via iMessage.... Help!

Same here, unlocked iPhone 5 running on T-Mobile, can't send pictures through iMessage after the 6.1.3 update (ironic how Apple said it would FIX bugs..)

As a note, I can receive pictures fine, just not send.

Yep, I am having the same issue after upgrading to 6.1.3....can send iMessages with TEXT but as soon as I try to send a photo via iMessage I get "Not Delivered". I can recieve photos via iMessage without any issues.

I can send photos fine as SMS/MMS, but my carrier changes me for this.

I have an iPhone 5.

I am having the same issue, since upgrading to 6.1.3. Pretty annoying to be honest as I am currently living abroad and cannot send mms to my family or it will cost a lot. I hope they sort this out soon.

I think he is right. Kyle i mean. Some peple have the issue and some don't. I can't send pictures either, and i KNOW it's not the phone or iOS because my Mac does the exact same thing on iMessage.

Just tell your family to download LINE, or send an email.

My Wife's iPhone was getting a blank screen on the updates for the App Store even though she had notifications for updates. Fixed itself after a week or so.

I think the iOS 6.1.3 update was just coincidence. It's not the update. Mine was on 6.1.2 this morning. Did it. Mac also doing it. Updated the iPhone to 6.1.3. Same issue. Tried everything. Mac or iPhone wont send pics on iMessage, but can send text and receive pictures.

Mine doesn't work, 2 people with iPhone 5's work fine and my wife's 3Gs works fine. Not me. But again, this is Mac or iPhone.

It's either the service or some of our accounts have iMessage problems and we just hit the lottery.

it's weird cuz iMessage on my iPad running 6.1.3 works just fine as well as on my Mac. I've asked few of my friends if their iPhones work and some said yes and some said no.

I'm having the exact same issue with my iPad.....IT IS THE UPDATE AND DON'T LET ANYONE TELL YOU DIFFERENT. IT HAPPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER UPDATING.

IM having same problem. iMessage was working perfectly fine sending messages and pictures through text. Then yesterday afternoon I update to ios 6.1.3 then I can no longer send iMessage pictures to anyone. It will only go through as a email. I'm quite upset. It has never done this till this update. Anyway one know how to fix this?? Thanks

Looks like it is affecting a number of people. It is the 6.1.3 update!

Hopefully someone from apple can jump on this forum and tell us when a fix will be issued.

I am currently in another country away from my fiancée, and not being able to send pictures with wedding ideas is frustrating.

I have done multiple tests, and can't get this to work over 3G or Wi-Fi.

Come on Apple, can someone please comment??
