Dictation not working
New generation ipad Voice dictation not working. Microphone chimes, bubbles pulse but no text translation. Tried turn off, switch on/off airplane mode. Still no work. Any suggestions?

Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
If rebooting doesn't help, you could try quitting all apps and restarting the iPad.
A user a couple of days ago had this very same issue and stated that the it was his belief that it was an Apple server issue and I suppose that could be the problem. After a couple of days, the user reported back stating that the Dictation feature just started working again which validated the Apple server issue in his opinion.
