Q: how do you open the back of the iphone 3G to get to the battery?

How do I open the back of the Iphone 3G to get to the battery? My I phone has frozen and I have removed the two tiny screws, but still am unable to remove the back. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

You do not.
The iPhone is not desinged to be user servicable.

Have you tried a reset?
