repaired permissions

so I repaired the errors listed in this post, will this effect my macs start up time, using a SDD, which before i actioned the repair loaded in 14 secs. Now takes a minute to load from the grey screen to login.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.1)
