iPad3 mirroring: can't get it to mirror.

Have iPad 3, have gen 2 apple tv, under air play on iPad, do not see the option to turn on or off mirroring. Any thoughts regarding settings or options that might fix this?

iPad 2, iOS 5.1.1

Double-click the Home button and swipe the Task Bar to the right:

Yes, this is how I got the air play menu, but under the air play, apply tv shows up, but appears with no option to mirror. Any thoughts.
