iphone stuck in headphones mode

I was listening to Pandoro on my non-iPhone headphones this morning. I took the headphones out while Pandora was still playing. Now my phone is stuck in headphones mode (I can tell because when I use the volume it says headphones and I cant hear anyone when they call!). I have tried a few of the suggestions, putting the headphones in and out 7-8 times, putting headphones in starting to play music, turn it off and then remove headphones, and blowing into the headphones jack. Nothing works! Any more suggestions? Oh and I have powered off too.
