How do i remove someone elses itunes?

My son downloaded his itunes to my computer and now it shows all his music and videos. I want to go put my itunes on the computer but not use his information. I have my own itunes account separate from him. I need his info gone and mine on the computer. How do i do this? Any help greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
