How to activate allowAppRemoval ?

Hello Community,

i have notice that in Settings->Restriction you can set that Apps cant be remove.

I found out that the comand for this is "allowAppRemoval".

So i made a .mobilconfig with iPCU and add the line:

<key>allowAppRemoval</key>

<dict>

<key>value</key>

<false/>

When i load this to my iPhone the restrictions are working BUT NOT allowAppRemoval 😟

Any ideas how i can get this working?

I want the users in our company to forbid to uninstall apps, and this could be a nice way.
