Facetime and iMessage ID for 8 year old kid

I have kid 8 year old, and I want to setup unique Facetime and iMessage ID for her.

But there is problem:

• Apple does not allow to create account for under 13 years
• I'm live in Indonesia which there is no option to set allowances account for my kid.

I do not want to trick the system by using fake birth date as it may give problem in future
