Q: I have down loaded several episodes with no problem This last one had a -50 message. 3/4 is downloaded and need the ending. It will not allow me to download and only wants to play? Why is itunes without help line? They suck!

I have downloaded many episodes to my PC with no problem. Last night I downloaded another, before it was finished I started play. It never finished and will not allow me to down load it again nor delete. Keeps asking me to play the movie. Its only 3/4 downloaded. And will not allow me to down load agian. Spent two hours on it and very upset. This will be my last purchase here.
